Doc is the wish realm version of the real character of the same name.
History[]
In this reality, Stealthy never died. Doc is present at Emma's birthday party, comforting Emma's adopted daughter Evelyn. He is also present when the Evil Queen and Davy Jones storm in and kidnaps Snow and Charming.
