Mowgli is a character in the fanon universe of ABC's Once Upon a Time.
Mowgli is based on the character of the same name from the Disney film The Jungle Book and the children's novel of the same name

Before First Curse
Mowgli is born to an unknown couple. At a young age, Mowgli's father is killed by Shere Khan, leaving him an orphan. He is found by a black panther, named Baghera and taken in by a family of wolves.
